3.1 Eligibility for Refund

• We will accept return of the product if the if the request is initiated within 3-7 business days after receiving the Product
• Products: If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may ask you to provide images or a description of the issue for verification.
• Services: Refund requests for astrology consultations or services must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Refunds will not be provided for services rendered.

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

• Customized gemstone or rudraksha products.
• Any services that have been rendered, such as astrology consultations or personal readings.

3.3 Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will only be processed after an evaluation of the return request.

3.4 Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours, except for cases of defective or incorrect items.
• For astrology services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.
